Yes. We take card but we don't charge taxes on cash. We accept all cards and electronic methods of payment. The only exception is that the minimum amount charged on a card allowed is $10.
No, different person. Saleem.
Ittadi are our neighbors. They have a very good grocery store and halal restaurant adjacent to ours.
God is the name of God the greatest
they serve Indian halal food
$25 per person
Brother shahrukh. Zabihah halal is the actual halal. Slaughtered by hand reciting bismillah. Regular halal is machine slaughter. It’s just name sake halal. The slaughter houses do not follow Islamic rules properly and also they keep tape recorder that says bismillah while machines are slaughtering. It’s clearly mentioned Muslim should be there reciting and slaughtering not the machines. Mechanical slaughter regular halal is actually HARAM. You can see vdos on youtube ask your local imam in mosque they will explain you. May Allah give hidaya to restaurant owners so that they buy Zabihah meat and sell. Ameen. Also search sharia board of newyork and sharia board of America they give certificates of authentic zabihah halal.
No delivery but you can order via Uber Eat.
The food is really good here. We tried their Haleem and Nehari and they both were delicious. My complaint is about their cleanliness. It's not very clean and not well-maintained. They should focus on that.
One of the oldest restaurants in Jackson heights. Still holds the same taste that I remember from my childhood. Great for a late night snack
Food is okay, if you look around in Jackson Heights you will find better food for sure. I like this place for its Tea, they make best masala tea. You can also get sweet pan.
Very Nice Experience and good food
Very delicious authentic food. You must try it. Five stars.
Oh God! I truly truly love this place. The food is extremely authentic to Pakistan’s actual culture and food scene. But the one thing to be aware of is that the service here is not American or intuitive in any way! So you’ll kinda have to figure out where to go and how to order food all on your own! 😂
The food was pretty impressive. I guess one of the famous restaurants in Jacksonheights. It's a 100% halal restaurant. Staffs are very helpful. A well recommended place. It becomes pretty crazy during iftar. So plan accordingly.
They always has the best food and I love to go there from last 20 years
Food was somewhat okay. Service was okay other then waiters yelling to each other in Bengali. They definitely need to renovate the upstairs dining area.
Food was good. Chicken & Beef kabab was excellent. Chicken biryani was too plane
Worste reasturant ever , am order chicken briyani and they send me dry chicken with rice
Authentic Asian food. We use this place it to sip tea with meaningful discussions outside the joint
Worst desi restaurant
They only have best kabab...and grill kabab otherwise nothing special..dinning room not clean n bathroom dirty..customer service okey...
They have best chicken kabab only!
I love kabab king good. the best food they make
This place is fantastic. Open 24/7 and very reasonably priced. There is a downstairs take-out area with seating, and an upstairs area with more formal seating. You can hire this area out for events. They accept card. The food was excellent. We ordered two samosas, two curries, two naan, and a biryani. The samosas were mind-blowingly good! Piping hot and so delicious, I've never had a samosa like that in my life before. Everything else was also excellent. I thought it was very good, but perhaps a bit gamey for my taste (we had goat). My husband however LOVED it, so I think this is just different tastes and not a reflection on the quality of the food. It seemed very authentic.I read a review that said the bathroom was unclean. My husband used it and said it was quite clean so perhaps they are making more of an effort now. We had no hygiene concerns when we were there.
Good food I love their kebabs specially but Jackson heights is so dirty and disgusting now
Taste is average,so does service. It’s ok when you like desi food.Sometimes, the service people were so rude.Anyway, foods looked delicious .Updated review,Recently we went there and service and the service was really upsetting.
I have been coming here for about 5+ years. Food is always great. The Kebabs have always been good.Chicken and Lamb are my favorite.I see alot of complaints about service. Just have patience the food is worth it.The restaurant itself is not new by any means and hasn't been updated in some time but I don't go to kebab king for appearance or service.I go for the food and it's been consistently good.
The service could have been better. However food was awesome. I particularly liked the fried fish.
bought goat curry take out. small container, not much meat, not tasty. will not return.
Nice food. Prices are great. Private place for families on the second floor.
My favorite go to chai shop and their Kashmiri chai is so good.
Nice food a little spicy but delicious
Food is good for late night grab and go but place is not clean and service is not very friendly. Don’t recommend for a big party
Naan reminded me of lahori naan food was good service was very slow as it was the weekend and place was crowded i will try again but during the week days
Prices are good. The place is not hygienic. Dirty kitchen.
A gem of Jackson Heights. Absolutely delicious food every single time. My go-to favorites: lamb shank, chicken curry, butter naan. Best chicken curry you can get. Chicken tikka is also great. But I’m sure everything else there is amazing too. You must go!
Halwa puri was below average...halwa had a lot of color, oil and did not taste good at all. Puri looked frozen
I have been coming to this place since I was a kid and I probably will be bringing my kids here. They don’t have the best customer service when your taking food to go but they have amazing food. Trust me it’s worth the madness you won’t regret it. A lot better than the other Indian please around Jackson Heights.
It's awesome great place for big parties bbq and Chinese by chef Tanzeel is delicious and amazing. 😍❤
Staffs are rude. Firstly, we waited for someone to take our orders and no one showed up for a good 20 minutes. Whoever the waiter was did not get the order right. Although the food was great, we will not return due to improper behavior of 2 waiters there. They had made rude/improper comments on the tip we paid, despite the poor service provided. 1-star is only for the food they served. Will not return here and do not recommend anyone to visit this place unless you are ready for verbal fight with waiters there and they do make their customers uncomfortable.
They mean it when they say they are the Kebab King. Their kebabs are heavenly. I have never eaten such delicious and well cooked kebabs on a foreign land. Their lamb tikka and chicken malai tikka is a must have. All their curries are good and taste amazing with their parathas. Order keema paratha with chicken curry and finish it with Carrot Halwa.
Great food no doubt on that, no matter what time you go. But needs lots of improvement. Starting with down stairs need to be clean more often. Second floor is little cleaner but need more modification. Workers are friendly. ** bathrooms need toBe clean.
If i could, I would leave 0 star but I cant since Google does not allow that. That is how bad the service and the food is. Very bad food. The employees and the owner are very rude and swore at me multiple times over the phone and in the restaurant in front of the public. Would not recommend at all. Would starve instead of eating there. Like for real!
So the food here was amazing! However if you buy naan with butter, they use old brushes to butter the naan. So what happened to my naan was the hairs of the brush came on, so just be careful!
Bathroom need to be clean. Everyone touching the food. Counter persons suppose to be neat & clean.
We've been going there for past 20 years and no matter where we go, no one can beat their haleem and kebabs. Their Chinese menu is ok but we never get to try it since the chef is hardly there. But when he is, try the hakkah noodles! Ammaazziingg. Parking is tough around the area but not impossible. It's not expensive at all
Most dirtiest restaurant in Jackson Heights. All tables and chairs are stiky. Flies are almost every where. Costumer service is very poor. Food quality 3 out of 5.
Grt food..however thr service could and wait is horrible during the weekends.
This place is on my regular rotation but they're currently closed.Recs: The chai (before or after your meal), the kabab platter (three chicken kababs with biryani), and the goat curry (pairs well with biryani).Notable: The rentable room on the 2nd floor doubles as a musalla.Cons: Not the cleanest establishment but compared to others in the neighborhood, it's on par and still worth a trip.PS: If you can figure out why there's a picture of the Three Stooges above the chai dispenser, please drop me a line.
Good quality food, well behaved and serving.
Food was great and pretty inexpensive! My family tends to go to this place whenever we go to Jackson Heights and it hasn't let us down. The service could have been a little faster considering the place wasn't that busy when we ordered.
Love their chicken samosa and kabab
If You craving Pakistani or afghan food this is the place to go.They got tons of deferent kababs and rice item try their lassi and chai too.
Good south asian cuisine...primarily for non vegetarians
Very good food and service 😍🤣
the food is very delicious and the price is reasonable. place would be great if its organized well and need some updates . still like it . tx
Authentic Indian food. Great kababs! Should be used to Indian food if you go there. Won’t get much help in your ordering decisions. Nice seating area upstairs if you don’t want to eat and run. Grab a sweet paan from the guy downstairs on the way out!
